Products Description
Solid-insulated RMU (Solid Insulated Ring Main Unit) is a compact medium-voltage switchgear (12-40.5kV) that uses solid insulating materials (such as epoxy resin) instead of traditional SF6 gas. The Core Assembly is its key functional module. It features high reliability, environmental friendliness and maintenance-free operation.

Solid insulation: Epoxy resin encapsulation, free of SF6, environmentally friendly and maintenance-free.
Compact and modular: Integrated three workstations (closed - open - grounded), small in size.
High reliability: Moisture-proof and dust-proof, suitable for harsh environments (-40℃ to +70℃).
Intelligence: Optional monitoring sensors are available, and remote control is supported.
Application
Urban distribution ring networks, new energy power stations, industrial distribution.

a) Ambient Temperature:
Upper limit +80 *C , Lower limit -25 'C , The average temperature measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 "C
b) Altitude: ≤ 3,000 meters.
c)Installation Environment
The surounding air should not be significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive/flammable gases, vapors, or salt mist
d) Relative Humidity:
Daily average ≤ 95%, Monthly average ≤ 90%.
e)Electromagnetic Interference:
The induced electromagnetic interference amplitude in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6 kV
f) Vibration Conditions:
No frequent severe vibrations, seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.
g) Application Site: Indoor use only.
Note: lf the environmental conditions exceed the specified range, the user must consult with the manufacturer to confirm feasibility
