Products Description
The load switch is a compact SF6-insulated switchgear designedfor medium-voltage distribution networks. It handles load/overload currents and no-load operations for lines, transformers,and capacitor banks. The three-position design (on/off/ground)offers reliable operation, strong breaking capacity, andenvironmentalresilience.
The FLN36-24kV model uses SF6 gas for arc extinguishing andinsulation, featuring a compact design and easy installation.When combined with a fuse (FLRN36-24D), it provides overloadprotection within rated capacity and short-circuit protectionvia a current-limiting fuse. The linkage mechanism ensuresthree-phase tripping upon fault detection, making it ideal forring main units, cable branch boxes, and distribution switchgear.

Compact Load Switch System
This integrated system combines a load switch and ground switch within a single insulated body, featuring:
Unified Design: Shared spring operating mechanism, fuse contact holder, and impact trip system.
Modular Installation: Compatible with touchable cable front connectors (uses specialized insulated body with standard spring mechanism).
Epoxy Encapsulation: Upper/lower shells form a sealed SF₆-filled cavity, enabling "make-break-ground" operations via rotating contacts.
Remote Operation: Manual spring储能 mechanism supports optional motorized closing/opening for remote control.
Safety & Monitoring
Front Panel: SF₆ pressure gauge and mechanical position indicator (linked to contact drive shaft for reliable status display).
Pressure Relief: Rear safety diaphragm ruptures to vent overpressure gas backward, ensuring user safety.
Interlocks: Mechanical locking between load switch, ground switch, and cabinet door (for allocated configurations).
