Overview
The OMB Magnetic Interrupter is a self-recovering single/two/three-phase deviceusing magnetic trip principles for overcurrent and oil temperature protection in oil-filled transformers (e.g., pad-mounted substations, pole-mounted transformers).
It works with high-current-breaking protective equipment (e.g., backup fuses,full-range fuses) to provide comprehensive protection against short circuits oroverloads, preventing damage, aging, or explosions.
Reusable without component replacement, it can make/break load currents and allows easy transformer operation via its handle. Available in single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase designs, its housing is made of UV-stabilized, high-strength glass-filled thermoplastic.
