35kV continuous insulator
It is a through-wall type continuous insulator designed for 35kV voltage ratings, primarily used at wall-penetrating sections of equipment such as high-voltage switchgear and ring main units. It not only enables electrical connection between internal and external conductors of the cabinet but also isolates areas of different potentials, serving as a dual-functional core component for "insulation + conduction" in 35kV power distribution equipment.
Dual function of insulation + conduction
It meets the insulation and isolation requirements for 35kV voltage through its corrugated insulation structure, while enabling continuous conductor connection via the conductive structures at both ends. This replaces the combined "insulator + conductor" solution and simplifies the internal structure of the equipment.
Strong environmental durability
The insulating material is resistant to aging, moisture and dust. It can maintain stable insulation performance for a long time in the enclosed/semi-enclosed environment of power distribution equipment, reducing maintenance frequency.
