HBG-12 environment-friendly gas closed ring switchgear is a new type of environment-friendly metal closed switchgear. Functional composite & integrated products
The inflatable shell of the switchgear is made of high quality thick 2.5mm stainless steel plate by laser welding, which ensures the airbox sealing reliability, high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance.
The protection level of the inflatable housing reaches IP67.
The gas box is equipped with explosion-proof diaphragm, which can effectively prevent the damage caused to people and equipment when the air pressure is too high.
All conductive parts are enclosed in the air box, which can avoid the influence of external environmental factors and improve the reliability of operation. This allows it to be maintenance-free (or less maintenance-free) while also meeting the miniaturization requirements.
The main loop adopts the combination of three-station switch (on + isolated + grounded) and vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. This structure is a mature configuration mode at present, which is suitable for the current operation and maintenance needs of power grid.
Environmental protection & no pollution
The insulating medium of HBG-12 environmental gas closed ring switchgear is zero class dry air (purchased) or 99.99% pure N2 according to GB/T 8979-2008. The leakage of gas will not cause any impact on the external environment, and there is no need for any recovery treatment.
