– Modular E-house Compact Substation for MV/HV Applications
The Prefabricated Switchgear (also known as Prefab E-house, Compact Substation, or Skid-mounted Switchgear) is a factory-assembled, modular electrical enclosure that integrates medium or high voltage switchgear, protection relays, auxiliary power, lighting, HVAC, and fire detection systems into a single, transportable unit. It is delivered to site fully wired, tested, and ready for connection, significantly reducing on-site construction time and civil works.
Designed for outdoor use, the unit is built inside a weatherproof, thermally insulated steel enclosure (typically 20ft, 30ft, or 40ft ISO container dimensions). It is suitable for 12kV to 40.5kV systems (and up to 145kV with custom design), with configurations including incomer feeders, outgoing feeders, bus couplers, PT metering, and capacitor banks.
