The Epoxy Resin Plug-In Bushing (also known as load break bushing, insert bushing, or 200A bushing) is a key component for ANSI / IEEE standard pad-mounted transformers. It provides the high-voltage cable connection interface on the transformer tank, accepting 200A load break or dead break elbow connectors for underground distribution networks.
Manufactured from high-grade epoxy resin using the APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) process, this bushing offers excellent electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and tracking resistance. It is designed for 15kV, 25kV, and 35kV class systems, with a continuous current rating of 200A (optionally 630A for larger bushings).
