200A 15/25/35kv Tri-Clamp Bushing Well

200 AMP bushing wells are designed to improve the reliability of pad mount transformers. The "Tri-Clamp Bushing Well" is the first bolted-design bushing well capable of being mounted directly onto the transformer without the use of a metal damp ring. The gasketing system features positive gasket stops to ensure controlled gasket compression for maximum seal life.

The tri-clamp bushing well is molded from high-temperature nylon (HTN) and installed on the side wall of a single-phase or three-phase transformer through external clamping. The transformer is filled with transformer oil or an equivalent substitute. It is compatible with all bushing inserts that comply with IEEE Standard 386-2016. Its copper bolts with rolled flowers and rolled threads ensure excellent conductivity.

In addition, it also provides an optional detachable bolt for on-site replacement of damaged or broken bushing bolts, using only a standard 5/8-inch socket wrench. A 7/64 inch hexagonal hole is provided at the junction of the bolt and bushing insertion part. If a fracture occurs here, this feature facilitates easy removal of the bolt from the insert.
