LV terminals are LV electrical connection components that comply with American electrical standards (such as IEEE). The conductors are made of tin plated copper material, and the insulation parts are made of epoxy resin. They are designed for safe and efficient wire connections and are widely used in distribution cabinets, industrial equipment, and building electrical systems. Its core features are modular structure, high current carrying capacity, and environmental adaptability.

1. Voltage class from 1.2 kV to 2.5 kV, basic insulation level from 30 kV BIL to 45 kV BIL and rated current from 400 A to 5000 A.
2. According to your needs, insulation materials are available in the form of epoxy resins for indoor, outdoor and high temperature applications, as well as for use with SF6 gas.
3. Operating temperature range from -50°C to 155°C.
4. Constructions with internal (threaded tail) or external clamp, depending on the application.
5. Various internal and external junction boxes, such as nut bolts and washer bolts, ring bolts, double ring bolts, blades with 1 to 24 holes, etc. The coating includes tin, silver, and nickel. Terminal connectors can be customized according to customer requirements, simplifying the installation of existing equipment.
6. These sleeves can be used for non-standard applications. The selection of blades and bolts can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
