General Information
15kV Indoor SF6 Switch-Disconnector FL(R)N36 Load Break Switch (LBS) is a rotary load switch using SF6 gas for insulation and arc extinguishing, designed for 15kV power distribution systems. Each unit is sealed with 0.4bar SF6 gas and can be installed vertically or horizontally. A common installation in ring main units involves a horizontal steel partition between the cable and busbar rooms, ensuring safety during operation and maintenance.
Combining the FLN36-15 indoor high-voltage SF6 load switch with other electrical components allows for control and protection functions, ideal for industrial and mining enterprises, civil power supply, and secondary substations. The FLRN36-15kV load switch-fuse combination is particularly suited for ring network power supply units, matching transformer protection characteristics.

Products Structural Features
1. The FLN36-15 load switch adopts a dual break and rotating movable contact design, with three states: closed, open, and grounded.
2. The load switch uses SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulation medium. The switch is encapsulated by epoxy resin upper and lower shells, which have excellent insulation performance.
3. If there is an arc phenomenon inside and there is a structural weakness at the rear of the shell, it will be flushed open. Subsequently, the arc relief valve on the cabinet will also be flushed open, and the overpressure airflow will be guided to the outside of the cabinet. It has good safety performance.
4. Each load switch is sealed and maintenance free for life.
5. The relative pressure of SF6 gas in the load switch is 0.045Mpa.
6. The mechanical lifespan of the load switch is 5000 cycles of closing opening and 2000 cycles of opening opening closing.
7. The FLN36-15 load switch and operating mechanism are installed in a detachable upper unit. They can be easily converted into a load switch+fuse combination electrical cabinet, or converted from a load switch+fuse combination electrical cabinet to a load switch cabinet
Products Operating Mechanism
The spring operating mechanism of load switches and their combination devices is divided into two types: single spring and double spring. The FLN36-15 load switch is equipped with a single spring operating mechanism, mainly used for incoming and outgoing control units. The FLRN36-15 load switch fuse combination device is equipped with a double spring operating mechanism, mainly used for transformer protection units.
