40.5kV Indoor SF6 Switch-Disconnector FL(R)N36 Load Break Switch LBS is a double-break rotary load switch using SF6 gas for insulation and arc quenching. It's designed for 35-40.5kV power distribution systems and is permanently sealed with 0.4bar SF6 gas. The switch can be installed vertically or horizontally, typically with a steel partition separating the cable and busbar rooms in ring main units for safety compliance.
Combining FLN36-40.5kV indoor high-voltage SF6 load switch with other electrical components enables control and protection functions, serving as the control and protection for electrical equipment in various applications. It's used for managing load and overload currents, as well as no-load long lines, transformers, and capacitor banks. The load switch combined with a current-limiting fuse can replace a circuit breaker, with the load switch handling various load currents and the fuse managing larger overloads and short-circuit currents.
The product meets GB3804, GB16926, IEC 60265-1, and IEC60420 standards.

Products Structural Features
1. The load switch using double break points and rotating movable contacts has three states: closed, open, and grounded.
2. It has excellent insulation performance. The load switch uses SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulation medium, and is sealed by encapsulating the upper and lower shells with epoxy resin.
3. Excellent safety performance. If an internal arc occurs, the weak point of the rear structure of the shell will break, and then the arc exhaust valve on the cabinet will open, directing high-pressure airflow outside the cabinet.
4. Supports manual or electric operation, with convenient and reliable operation.
5. Three phase overall installation, good periodicity, few components, easy adjustment and installation, easy operation and long service life.
6. Each load switch is sealed for life and does not require maintenance.
7. The load switch and operating mechanism are placed in a detachable upper unit. It is easy to convert the load switch cabinet into a load switch+fuse combination electrical cabinet, or vice versa.
