The suvell spring operating mechanism issuitable for XGN囗-12/630-25 and XGN □-24/630-25 indoor/outdoor high-voltage SF6load switchgear The series employs a flat spi-ral spring to control the operation of the loadswitch, with grounding operations managedby a compression spring over-center mech-anism. lt has three working positions: close,open, and ground. Mechanical interlocks areprovided between grounding and closing po.sitions to prevent misoperation. The productis characterized by its compact size, ease ofinstallation, and strong adaptability.The mechanism complies with GB/T 3804-2017"High-voltage alternating current switches forrated voltage above 3.6 kV and less than 40.5kV" and GB/T 16926-2009 "High-voltage alter-nating current switch-fuse combinations"

Energy Storage Operation:
Confirm and check for any transportation deformaion of the product fix the mechanism onto the switch, insert the dedicated operaing handle intothe lower right part of the mechanism, and rotate it dlockwise (or energize the motor for electric operation) until a "cdick" sound is heard, completing the
energy storage actionClosing Operation:Press the green buton or turn the green rotary knob, and the circuit breaker switch wil close the main ircuit under the spnng force of the mechanismFor electic operation, energize the dosing coi to complete the closing operation, while simultaneously storing energy in the opening spring. At thispoint, energy storage can be performed again, but closing operation is not possible (due to interlocking).Opening
Operation:
Press the red buton or turn the red rotary knob, and the ircuit breaker switch wll open the main circuit under the spning force of the mechanism. Forelectric operation, energize the opening coil to complete the opening operation.
