This product line is designed for secondary bushings in liquid-filled transformers. Available in copper and aluminum, copper bushings are made of C110 electrolytic copper with silver brazed connections for high conductivity.

Suvell Offers
1. Voltage class from 1.2 kV to 2.5 kV, basic insulation level from 30 kV BIL to 45 kV BIL and rated current from 400 A to 5000 A.
2. According to your needs, insulation materials are available in the form of epoxy resins for indoor, outdoor and high temperature applications, as well as for use with SF6 gas.
3. Operating temperature range from -50°C to 155°C.
4. Constructions with internal (threaded tail) or external clamp, depending on the application.
5. Various internal and external junction boxes, such as nut bolts and washer bolts, ring bolts, double ring bolts, blades with 1 to 24 holes, etc. The coating includes tin, silver, and nickel. Terminal connectors can be customized according to customer requirements, simplifying the installation of existing equipment.
6. These sleeves can be used for non-standard applications. The selection of blades and bolts can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
