GB Standard
C-GIS: Components, Cabinet & Certification (Simplified Version)

I. Core Components: GB Standard Compliance to Build a Solid Foundation
Core components of C-GIS must strictly comply with IEEE/ANSI US standards, adapt to North American voltage levels of 12/24/40.5kV, and ensure stability and compliance.
1. Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB): The "heart" of C-GIS, complying with IEEE C37.010, with rated current of 630-2500A, short-circuit breaking current of 31.5kA, and mechanical service life ≥ 20,000 times. Horizontal pole design for easy connection; spring operating mechanism supports electric/manual operation to avoid misoperation.
2. Three-Position Isolating Switch: Integrating isolation/grounding functions, complying with IEEE C37.20.9, with phase spacing of 254mm. Equipped with interlock to prevent misoperation; modular installation for convenience, no on-site gas charging required.
3. Transformers: Measurement accuracy of 0.3 class, protection class of C10, capacity ≥ 2.5VA, accurately monitoring circuits to meet US standard monitoring requirements.
4. Insulation & Sealing Components: SF6 gas purity ≥ 99.995%, moisture content ≤ 150ppm; gas chamber made of cold-rolled steel plate with strong sealing, equipped with US standard pressure gauge/density relay; insulation parts made of epoxy resin, anti-aging and moisture-resistant, complying with ANSI C29.1 standard.
5. Auxiliary Components: Operating mechanism complies with IEEE C37.20.7, service life ≥ 10,000 times; secondary components pass UL certification, with standardized wiring, supporting remote control and fault alarm.
II. Whole Cabinet Design: Compliant Adaptation & Practicality
1. Size & Structure: Complying with ANSI/IEEE standards, modular design for convenient installation/maintenance, adapting to North American on-site space.
2. Protection & Weather Resistance: Protection grade IP54 (indoor)/IP65 (outdoor); electrostatic spray coating for corrosion resistance, adapting to harsh North American environments, service life over 20 years.
3. Safety Design: Multiple interlocks to prevent accidental contact; observation window for easy status checking; grounding terminal to ensure electrical safety, complying with NEC specifications.

III. Core Certifications: Passport for North American Market Access
1. UL Certification: Core requirement, covering the whole cabinet and components, complying with UL 1558/489 standards, a key to entering the North American market.
2. IEEE/ANSI Certification: Provide third-party compliance report to prove equipment performance meets standards.
3. CSA Certification: Exclusive for the Canadian market, adapting to CEC specifications; UL+CSA dual certification available to cover the entire North American market.
