This is a bushing well (also known as a bushing well) designed specifically for American medium-voltage power distribution systems. Model P13/15/200, it is a key interface component for American box-type transformers, ring main units, underground transformers, and cable branch boxes.

4. What is the normal service life when used in transformers?
